Most self-help books today are terribly ineffective.
They’re “feel good” books that repackage the same ideas
Real self-help was written way back:
1. Meditations by Marcus Aurelius (Stoicism in general)
2. Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl
3. Ibn Tufail’s Novels
@Sultanalthari
there's quite some amazing books out there like,
"The four agreements" by Don Miguel
One of the greatest and most straight forward and simple approach books.
And
"The mindset" by Carol Dweck, one that I really felt it's impact on me and I will always recommend it.
