Need Houstonians and especially city council to understand what is happening. The Mayor's special aide Gafrick has unchecked power to radically change projects. One of many examples. It is INSANE to remove protected left turns from this project:
@cfparma16 @krobbn @walkrollhouston And for a kick in the teeth, TIRZ 5 is working on that terrible triangle at Waugh and Feagan but guess who removed the protected left turns. Gafrick. Laugh every time you see "guiding mobility principles".
