Compare the first clip with the second
1. Long ball does not allow team to move as a unit. Numbers and press distances are not efficient ( 3 V 5 )
2. Slower build up allows for man to man counter press, more numbers and short pressing distances. ( 5 V 6 )

I genuinely think he was good pre injury. That injury definitely derailed his tempo and he took some time to get it back. But yeah. Loved him ever since he signed for us. Definitely a different profile to Gundo but a good player nonetheless

Starting to integrate well now, he looked flawless last night. Wasn’t so sure earlier on in the season but glad he’s settling into that box to box role.

First few weeks of the season he was our best player, then he fell off a bit, but it sounds like even before his absence he was unfit (apparently he has a back issue with effects his hamstrings) which explains it. He's a fine player. Great at breaking the lines. Definite bargain.

I don’t know how you can praise a signing like that, there are footballers who are younger and less injury prone who could do what he does. Many of them from our academy too. So what was the point to spend money for someone who just gets stuck in and passes it around?
@StevenMcinerney
what does he do except pass the ball backwards he can't defend he can't shoot he's not a leader somebody tell me what the point of him is
