@husyelt @kenklippenstein How so? She's saying the US isn't at war with Yemen because the President hasn't officially declared war, despite the fact it's bombing Yemen, and Yemen is attacking back. Russia has stated it's not at war in Ukraine, and calls it's actions there a "special operation".
