Ok he cracks some jokes but the point is the Ga thinks Batman is just dark and gritty now and won’t accept a fantastical take in live action . I’d absolutely love silver age Batman in live action but I don’t see DC having balls to do it
The dark knight trilogy did so much damage to the public’s perception of Batman to the point people actually think Batman has to be a self serious man who is brooding and dose not crack jokes .

DK didn’t do that, Batman and Robin did lol
Remember “fun” Batman was universally panned, and it took a completely new direction for that character to fundamentally change his public perception.
BnR was so bad that it killed Bats for nearly a decade.

But BatB Batman didn't make jokes. He made one-liners and maybe some banter, but no quips or anything like that and it was alway serious in intonation even if it was actually silly (i.e. "Hammers of Justice").

The Batman Animated Series also had a really good version where Bruce embraced the "spoiled" Golden spoon playboy role. Even if he dedicated himself seriously as Batman
