@vlah58 @SpeakForMeLPA @ClareFuller17 They’ll be called different in different countries, but here they refer to Advance Decision to Refuse Treatment (“living will”) and LPA is Lasting Power of Attorney. Few patients know what the acronyms mean and so when they say “no, what are they?” the door is open to discuss
