West Bengal Governor J Dhankar blasts the media for suggesting that L & O was not in Mamata's hands when the killings happened.
He asked he media to first study the laws (of India) and then find out when Model Code of Conduct was lifted.

Matlab, since 02 May 2021 when Mamata took over as Care Taker CM she was incharge of L & O.

Actually Mamata herself said so, to mislead everyone. Deceit is her only acumen.
Of course, media should have done its own due diligence. But then it would be asking too much of perfumed, designer dressed, blow dry hairdo walla arts undergrads sitting in AC studios to study law.
