We strongly support home grow in the state of Florida! Amendment 3 is step 1. According to a WESH fact check, “Nowhere in the language of the full explanation of the Amendment does it expressly forbid homegrown cannabis.” READ HERE:

Language in Amendment 3 does NOT give civil immunity to marijuana companies. The language referenced by prohibitionist politicians is the same language that exists in the Medical Marijuana Amendment currently on the books in Florida, passed by Florida voters in 2016 by 71%. Vote
