Just about all of us were open minded and moderate regarding a rebrand. It is ownership that turned us into hardliners. Never in a million years did we expect something so illogical and disconnected. Never did we expect a new owner to be so protective of the old one.

Vividly remember watching this one as a kid 🥹. 4PM kickoff. Made our season. My world, like that of so many others, revolved around this team. Just thinking about them fixed everything. The Skins were our anchor. Our compass. Everything has felt off balance since we lost them.
30 years ago today (December 3rd, 1995) the @Commanders pull off their biggest upset in team history (I think) by beating (and sweeping) the eventual SB champion Cowboys in Dallas 24-17. The Redskins were 17 point underdogs and entered the game at 3-9. Down 3 at half, Washington

Who’s your Commie Daddy? The Answer is Dan Snyder! I remember the call from fans who wanted The Washington RED WOLVES, but your Commie Daddy said No! Because he, Jason, & Ron wanted The C’manders! Now all 3 of those Bozo’s are gone, but the new owner loves that Snyder brand!😂

The Washington Commanders are being sued by Native Americans who want the name changed BACK to Redskins and the Chief White Calf logo restored. They say the old name honored their heritage, not insulted it. This lawsuit proves what many of us knew all along: the Redskins name

6 logos showing human faces in the NFL, but the only one created by Native Americans and the only one with dark skin is "racist." Unless you let corporations and political parties do your thinking, it's obvious who the actual racist is.
The Washington helmet logo, while definitely preferable to some racist shit, now kinda looks like a corporate logo. Think they oughtta keep workshopping it.

The logo the Patriots tried to replace Pat Patriot with in 1979, but the fans rejected it during the halftime unveiling and it never saw the field. The original Pat Patriot would survive another 13 years before the Flying Elvis era commenced.
