People saying this is so weird to me. Do people need to talk about a game 24/7 every day for infinity or something?
Reminds me of how people said Minecraft was dead even though it had like a hundred million players just because their favorite YouTuber no longer played it lol
I'm glad that Pal World discourse has hit the weird point of absolutely die hard insane fanatics are everywhere despite the game being out for less than a week. It really is like Pokemon after all lol.

Not necessarily. But this game is trying to be a Pokemon alternstive, and to do that successfully, it needs longetivity. Pokemon has the established fanbase after decades of games. If you want Pokemon to be better it's competitor can't flame out in two weeks and be forgotten

People want it to be a Pokemon alternative but from what I’ve seen the developers were mostly inspired by Ark
Also why would it need longevity? It’s a coop survival game not an online game. And seeing as they already have a ton of sales the game is a financial success either way

no i don't think so. but if we take the minecraft example we have people playing it literally a decade+ after it released and people making huge overhaul mods for it. we'll have to wait and see if the same is true for pal world.

Oh I doubt it’ll have the consistent playerbase Minecraft has but then again barely any game has. I don’t think I’ve seen any other game have such a consistent playerbase that even grew for a long while like Minecraft does
I doubt the Palworld devs care either way though since -
