Really?? No major CEO of a corporation SHOULD. However the reality is that many DO behave this way and not only DON’T suffer any consequences but get promotions. ie Mark McInnes went from David Jones to an even bigger pay packet at Just Group.

Absolutely spot on. Similar to how no CEO, school principal etc, would be able to just brush off the allegations made against Christian Porter and carry on business as usual.

Cont/- There is absolute responsibility for each person to assert responsibility. Nobody gets a free pass. No doubts about backwardness of environment in social sense, but we all must cope. Its not easy to rapidly adapt but it is essential. And change it. By example. No other way

Politicians are not employees. We elect them and then the leader is stuck with that group. Literally no company would do this!!
