I have not seen a single hindu as a butcher in my entire 26 years of existence. It is very easy to play with hindu's beliefs because most of us dont take this kind of mocking seriously, but you should thread lightly just in case.

Beef is different things but what the problem in mutton shop if the owner is hindu , meat is not restricted in our religion

It is the difference between Halal and Jhatka. Many Hindus are non vegetarians but buy meat only from Hindu shops . Though very , very few eat beef .
