This is a significant Achievement.๐ The earlier versions of Tejas in Development was too heavy for the Aircraft Carrier. Later, HAL worked on it to reduce weight. Now, it has been made Lighter and suitable for Aircraft Carrier as well. Kudos to all the people who worked on it.๐ซก

My country (UK) developed a fighter plane that can take off and land vertically, in the 1960s. I believe the first fighter plane to land on an aircraft carrier was in the 1940s.
Nothing new here.
