UPDATE: NY Governor Kathy Hochul said on CNN last night that she is considering a ban on masks. @GovKathyHochul this is absolutely shameful! New York has suffered so much from COVID, and COVID is not over. We should be normalize and depoliticizing masks, not banning them.

While Republicans are responsible for mask bans, the Biden White House is also complicit. They prematurely told the public to unmask in 2021, they encouraged governors to repeal mask mandates, they said states should decide mask policies, they forced workers back into offices.
On Jan 4, 2024, when asked about masks, Joe Bidenâs White House said itâs up to local cities & states and not something they get involved in. Today, North Carolina made public mask wearing for health reasons, a CLASS 1 Misdemeanor. This Administration has ruined Public Health.
