We welcomed 86 5th graders for a @TheFirstGreen field trip. Kids learned about cool tools, soils, putting, freshwater invertebrates, weeds, math, and golf course equipment. Thanks to all involved for making it another successful event! I appreciate everything you do!

We hosted a @TheFirstGreen field trip at #LyonOaksGolfCourse for over 100 5th graders today. Students learned about soils, cool tools, weeds, math, wildlife, equipment, and putting. Thank you to all those involved that made it a success. We couldn’t do it without you. @MiGCSA
