@ShashiTharoor @ikamalhaasan Totally agree with this. A minimum wage, with year on year increment, leaves & PF should be included. Incentive can be that it should be excluded from tax bracket of the employer. I think this reform & similar reforms with respect to every labour force will be great for future.
