Cattle drive was a complete success. My teacher skipped the chapter on river crossing followed by a steep climb but I survived. What an experience, saw lots of elk, mule deer and even a bear!

1400+ miles, 21+ hours and we made it to Chama NM, tomorrow I meet my horse and it is training day for horse handling, roping and we will be ready for the cattle drive on Sunday. I hope my horse likes me!

It is Fern season! You can get the most beautiful ferns at North shore garden center in south Haven and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!

First whale tail of the season since I can’t count my first trip when I was almost lost at sea in a squall and couldn’t go fast enough to even make one!

Complete success. One of my fave projects @ClipfellConnie and I did was this waterfall feature out of the back of a very old studebaker truck that had been junked out.
