If indigenous peoples managed their native lands, then there would not have been most of the wars in the last four hundred years in Europe, there would not have been millions of deaths of innocent people.
These nations have never had and have no claims against anyone.

By the way, I found an interesting appeal from the indigenous peoples of Kamchatka (Itelmen, Koryaks, Evens, Chukchi, Eskimos, Aleuts, Kamchadals, and others) from 2001 to Putin that they were deprived of the rights to use their natural resources.

Khyilo (and all the Kremlin tsars before him) is so fond of recognizing quasi-republics anywhere, but not on the historically legal territories of peoples colonized by Moscow. But - karma is no joke - "what you sow is what you reap", as they say.

Russia colonised nations the same way and at the same time as other colonial powers. It never decolonised them as others and since has denied it was colonisers.

There are no claims because they do not have anything at the moment. Would there be states, it would be a mixture of peacefull partion as with Czechoslovakia and violent struggles as we have seen in Jugoslavia or the Sovietunion, with genocidal acts by Serbs, Russians, Azeri...

You, for some reason, immediately began to paint a negative scenario without having any data or agrumets for it. Why wouldn't it be like in the northern European countries - Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, etc..? If Moscow did not occupy these peoples, there would be no USSR.
