My gpa became a multi-millionaire at 55 through buying RE and dividend stocks. Did this with 3 kids and modest salary as a bank manager in Hawaii. He's a happy 87, healthy, smokes a pack of cigs a day, and strong as an ox. Gpa: "Money bought me health and happiness."
