Stage 1: Skill ($0-$100k/yr) “I’ll do it for you.” Build your skills by freelancing, working 1-1 with clients, services, maybe even working for a company. Get exp, case studies, and find what you're good at. As you help clients you'll improve your skills and confidence.

For me this was an e-com store and the skill I focused on was copywriting. I wrote FB ads and email campaigns to sell physical products. I also worked with local business clients helping them with SEO, online marketing, and lead gen. Spent 2 years here before selling this biz.

Stage 2: Productize ($100k-$300k/yr) “We’ll do it together.” Now you have skills+exp. You’re looking to create more leverage in your business so you’re not trading your time for money. You might start a productized service, group coaching, or launch digital products.

At the Productize stage you’re focused on: -hiring help -building your audience -building better systems and processes -moving away from 1-1 towards a leveraged model You're starting to work less and make more.

Here I launched a lead gen agency called Growth Response. A productized service that could be duplicated for every client we brought on. I built: -team of VAs -small group coaching program -digital products that got us clients Spent 3yrs here moving towards a leveraged model.

Stage 3: Product ($300k-$1M/yr+) “I’ll show you how to do it yourself.” Fully productize yourself and separate your time from income. Online courses, digital products, group coaching or consulting, and high-ticket masterminds are common here.

You're looking to: -create your own category -work only with dream clients -create automated digital products -build a highly profitable and impactful machine that helps people at scale The goal: scaling to 7-figures+ and becoming the leader in your market.

I spent years building my skillset and experience. Now it's about scaling my impact through creating killer content, building out my Info Product Empire, and working with perfect-fit clients everyday. This stage is my focus for 2021 and beyond.

It doesn’t happen overnight. But if you put in the daily reps... You’ll move from Skill —> Productize —> Product and become a “Compound Creator”. You’ll have built skills in: -writing -speaking -filming -creating -selling

You’ll be making a comfortable full-time income online. And you’ll have carved out your own category making it impossible to copy you. My mission is to help you move through these 3 stages and become a Compound Creator.
