Full marks to Max for a fantastic drive tonight. I hate that he had to win under the shadow of controversy created by the FIA.

@ScuderiaF1Pod Full marks to Lewis for being gracious in defeat. It's probably easier if you've won 7. Staying on the podium after losing the championship, and after that contentious decision shows real class.

@ScuderiaF1Pod Sorry, but the F1a broke their own rules... Why only 5. Lapped cars and not the rest? Typical European sport crooked governance... No different than soccer imo

@ScuderiaF1Pod So does this controversy end today or does it go further. Is that something that Mercedes protests?

@ScuderiaF1Pod How does the FIA let that happen? They once again got their fingers in the result and handed a title to Max.

@ScuderiaF1Pod I have thought about this all day. I think in retrospect Max was marginally the better driver all year. Mercedes was marginally the better car. Despite all the controversy the championships ended up finishing correctly.
