My friend @chiproytx is right. We will not use the “Power of the Purse” to reward this failure of an Administration with nearly a TRILLION DOLLARS in the 11th hour.
I voted no on the NDAA. It was better because of our hard work and I thank @SpeakerJohnson for holding spending lower than the Senate & fighting child mutilation. But it is not good enough yet. More to do.
