Scotland booing the National Anthem has went on for decades. My first Scotland v England back in 1974 the booing was a lot louder than last night maybe because old Hampden had a bigger capacity and at that time it was the only anthem played.

what's all this nonsense, the support have been booing the United Kingdom anthem as long as I can remember and my first game was in 1979 .At that time it was forced on all home nations .Nothing to do with SNP at all .

I can aasure Jordan and mcoist that in the current day an anthem that is supposed to unite a country but denigrates one part of the union is unacceptable, maybe England should consider changing its anthem?
