Other than being slightly dizzy for the rest of the night, I was fine and was able to make it home ok. Though I slept a lot harder today. Gym day yesterday was kinda meh because tbh had a lot of inconsiderate peeps at the gym last night hogging machines for ungodly times.

The pin was worn so any heavy strain will cause it to fail unless you twisted the pin in place to prevent it from moving. I do so, complete my workout, and move the bench out of circulation. Then I went to an attendant to have the bench removed after explaining what happened.

The dude next to me was shocked and stopped to see if I was ok. I just laid on the bench kinda stunned for about a minute while still holding the dumbbells up cause I was still trying to process what happened. I got up, reset the bench, and tested with pressure on the bench.

Last night got to the gym late because it was really crowded when we went earlier. I was in the middle of my workout and started incline presses with two 50lbs dumbbells. Just as I was starting my set the bench collapsed and slammed hard back down at the flat position.
