And that. is pt1. Okay, This is partly because of Twitter being broken. But also cause I don't want to cram it!. So, question. For Monday's (yup, surprise! pt2 will be out Monday) conclusion, do we want Katsuki's POV or Izuku's POV?. Also, congrats to @chxrrybxmber for winning!.

People say they'd recognize their soulmate, even without the marks. Katsuki thinks they have hindsight bias. "Bunny?" . The man's cheeks practically steam when wide eyes dart back to him. But there's recognition there. He KNOWS that name. Meaning. this is Katsuki's soulmate.

The conversations with his friends slam into him. And after another look down the stranger, all of the facts start compiling together. Sure, he knows other people might fit, too, but added to his obvious anxiety-. His heart skips a beat, his body warming like it knows this guy.

But he'd remember talking to a guy that checks off this many boxes for him. It's not like Katsuki dates, but he's explored enough about his sexuality to know he has a type. And the flushed face, soft curls, lean but firm body, with his round green eyes and the freckles-. Wait.

A cute guy who looks far too nervous for something as stupid as dropping his barbell. Katsuki plans to make sure the idiot didn't break his foot or something, but his eyes won't stop running along the other's tense frame. There's just something about him. something familiar.

Silently cursing a newbie for probably using too much weight and hurting himself, Katsuki lifts his head to scan where the little noise came from. And really, it's still pretty empty, meaning it doesn't take much to find it. There, staring at anything but Katsuki, is a. guy.

Thankfully, the Advil and hydration he filled himself with throughout the morning makes any headache or fatigue vanish, letting him get lost in his reps and workout playlist. That is, until his song ends. Before the next one can start up, he hears a squeak, weights dropping.

The gym is mostly empty when he walks in, since it's in the middle of the work day. He nods to the front desk worker before he moves to the weights, planning to expel the rest of his hangover through sweat. And at first, he's barely aware of anyone around him. He's locked in.

As he's making his calls and trying to force his brain to remember things, he keeps pausing by the mirrors in his house to look at the damn bunny. "Stupid thing." Its over his heart, like they’re some rom-com. Annoyed, Katsuki has to do something to vent his frustration.

Katsuki rubs his palm against his forehead, ignoring how hot his ears are. He's NEVER even went past second base, and how he might have lost his damn virginity in an alleyway he can't remember. Which, soulmate or not, if they did fuck, that's kinda scummy on 'Bunny's' part.

There's an embarrassed chuckle from Rock For Brains before he continues. "You were kind of starting your night a little early in the alleyway. Had your guy off his feet and everything. Really, you gotta give me your arm routine, cause your soulmate looked pretty built himself.".

"Oh, totally. I haven't seen Katsuki that excited to bring someone home. ever actually. Wait, has Bakubro ever brought a date back?". "Jesus-can you focus that pea brain and tell me if I told you his name. Or ANYTHING about him?". "Listen, I tried to follow you, but. well. ".

"I think you talked to Ejiro before you snuck away. Studmuffin!" The call's away from the speaker. and he knows she's summoning her idiot boyfriend. "You talked to Bakubabe before he ran away with his little soulmate, right? What'd he gossip to you about?". "Oi, don't call it-".

"You called him Bunny!" Alien Queen argues, then giggles into the phone. "His cheeks went bright red, but I think he loved it. I mean, he's your soulmate, so that's basically a given.". "So you didn't see how we initiated the soulmate marks?" He asked, scowling. "Or us leaving?".

Pinky's a little more helpful, because she was there the moment he and his soulmate light up from their connection. She was turned away during the actual touch, but she gets a good look of 'freckled cheeks', 'cute curls', and 'green, doe eyes'. But somehow, not a fucking name.

Except, somehow, none of them have helpful information. Sparky's totally useless, too busy sucking face with 'Hitoshi' (he guesses the tumbleweed) to get any information. But he does mention seeing a guy talking to Katsuki. So he's got a gender now(the right one, thankfully).

Knowing he won't get anything done for the day, he cancels all his meetings (it's his company, he can take a damn day off if he wants) and starts calling his friends. One of them must have seen the situation happen. And knowing their nosy asses, they'd harass his soulmate.

What about the person is this pretty emerald green? Maybe their eyes? Or something special about them? . Why a bunny? Maybe their job, or a personal favorite animal. Could match their 'personality'. But then, he starts questioning himself. What would he have left on the person?.

Part of him thinks not knowing anything is a good thing. He doesn’t have to worry about dealing with rejecting them. Except, as he traces the bunny, it’s… sort of cute. And it’s supposed to represent the person, right? Just knowing this makes him wonder about his 'other half'.
