What's making @mintlify so successful is not just how fast they are adding features. Yesterday we had an issue on prod w/a crucial doc, our chat completion reference page. Within a couple of hours, the team jumped in, figured out the issue, & deployed a fix. That's why they win.

I did not remember that the Skynet logo actually said "neural net-based artificial intelligence." Pretty ahead of its time.

I’ve screened hundreds of candidates for my dev advocate roles and I’m shocked by how few have known anything about AI/AI engineering beyond ChatGPT & the OpenAI API. Most couldn’t tell me about RAG, tool calling, paper trends, etc. Here’s your sign to learn that stuff friends.

I never talk about it bc it feels like sour grapes/skill issue/git gud but it’s so irritating to be locked away from my own audience because of an algorithm.

How do I break out of Twitter/X jail once and for all?. Maddening to have 9.5k followers and barely crack 300 views anymore, I’ve felt shadow-banned for two years.

Maybe the real @windsurf_ai was the friends we made along the way.

Biggest lesson I’ve learned from working in AI product + DevRel/DX in the last 14 months is that curveballs are a feature, not a bug. The market moves fast, competition is fierce. Adapt or die.

Good grief I love my job man. I can't believe how lucky I am to be working in AI product + dev marketing + dev experience simultaneously. It's chaotic and intense but so much fun, and I'm learning and growing every single day. So grateful.

Git doesn't work for agents. Same prompt + different model weights = completely different behavior. You need to version intelligence, not just code. Prompts, tool schemas, execution traces, reasoning steps. We're still using 2005 tools for 2025 problems.
