Thomas is a white male, 5’ 11”, slim build, with dark hair. He was last seen wearing blue padded thin insulated jacket, blue jeans and trainers. Thomas normally wears a hoodie underneath the jacket.

Following a short pursuit, the black Fiesta has collided with a wall. An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital where he has sadly died as a result of his injuries. His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. Read more:
