Great working with @VIAScotland as part of our latest Digital Recruitment Reviews, alongside @apt_scot Experience Network & @cole_ad . The recommendations that come from these Reviews are often very simple to implement but will have a hugely positive impact on accessibility.
Another set of employers have had their websites and digital recruitment processes reviewed by our Experience Network, with @cole_ad and @SUSEScotland . Employers are advised on how to have accessible recruitment processes that don't deter disabled applicants. #ReduceTheGap
