‘We do all sorts of difficult things in our job, but it’s for people like Albert.’ Albert recently thanked Mr Golash, Consultant Urologist at @UHNM_NHS, who saved his life 18 years ago after being given months to live following a kidney cancer diagnosis.

Rapid access to tests ensure that people with cancer start treatment as soon as possible – and will help put people's minds at rest. This is an important step forward that thousands more patients each month are getting the all-clear or a diagnosis within four weeks.
