I don’t disagree with anyone suggesting Alabama should lose their playoff spot after tonight’s performance, BUT that is one helluva dangerous precedent to set It further de-values the opportunity to play in the conference championship. Especially when Bama would’ve made it

My favorite part about this BYU/Bama/Miami/ND debate is: • Most Fox affiliates are advocating for BYU • ESPN affiliates are advocating for Bama • NBC affiliates are advocating for ND And they all want you to think it’s about the best teams and not money.

Just my 2 cents. Either both make it or both misses. And whatever they decide will alter the course and trajectory of conference championship games.
So Alabama is getting rocked by Georgia and lost to a terrible FSU team. No problem, welcome to the CFP. BYU loses to a top 4 team twice. Huge problem. No CFP for you.

I still don't understand how anyone can say "24 is too many teams" when the FCS does it and its great. We saw last week that road teams can win. Also, who is complaining about MORE football? Like I never want the season to end.
