Today marks just the 6th time in the history of the S&P 500 that the index finished a calendar week with trailing 15-week returns of >= 20% and at a new all-time high weekly close.
Ironically, we were in almost the exact same position exactly 3 years ago.

lowest price relative to signal date close, so for today's context it's the lowest price at any point over the forward 12 weeks relative to today's closing price.

Even with massive QE. Stocks dropped hard for 3 weeks in 2020 and 2021. What will be the response now with no QE but with massively higher rates. 10 year yields looking to be breaking out. Something wicked, this way comes!
