186 days & counting since submitting a #complaint to #britishairways & #STILL waiting for them to get round to a reply. The #BABetterWorld tag line doesn’t fit imo. Terrible #Customerservice Flying is indeed magic providing you fly with an airline who cares! @British_Airways.

Why do airlines not have an FSA equivalent, how can they be allowed to leave complaints hanging for months? Poor customer service & lack of contact isn’t what I expected from #BritishAirways #complaint definitely NOT the best airline in the world 😡.

4 months after submitting a complaint to @British_Airways I’m STILL in the queue for a reply 🤷🏻♀️ STILL waiting by for a refund for WiFi which we couldn’t use and STILL waiting for acknowledgment & apology. Honestly, I won’t be using them again by choice!!.

We as a family will never ever choose to fly #BritishAirways again unless they’re considerably cheaper than other airlines. We are less than impressed with them as a whole.

…. We registered a complaint & STILL haven’t heard back from them because they’re ‘working through a huge volume of cases’ so what does that say about the airline of this country. It’s a shame airlines don’t have an fsa equivalent, maybe they’d reply a bit sooner #BritishAirways.

3.5 months ago we returned from a trip with #BritishAirways. They lost our luggage, we couldn’t charge our devices on board, 2/4 of us couldn’t watch the inflight entertainment, 2/4 couldn’t use the paid WiFi…….

….who didn’t seem to be looking for it at all. Luckily we know someone in the business who got the ball rolling and found it for us. Goodness knows if we would have ever seen it if we were waiting for BA. VERY disappointing service all round 🤷🏻♀️ #BritishAirways.

It’s now Tuesday & we had to chase #eCourier ourselves this morning. They advised #DXExpress are delivering today. Their website said they were delivering Saturday (it didn’t arrive). Then it wasn’t coming today as they were short staffed!! With all due respect…….

I was hoping to be sat here reunited with my lost bag, but sadly I’m not. #eCourier (who don’t seem to courier 🤷🏻♀️) have had it since Saturday pm. The text they sent claimed they would be in touch a ‘little later’ with a delivery window. #BritishAirways.

Day 12 without my bag 😪 very & I mean VERY disappointed in @British_Airways & their service m. First time we have flown with them & unless they’re absolutely the cheapest it will definitely be the last time!! I’m not going to DM you BA, I’ve done that twice & I’m still waiting!
