We feel Noahs Case is so complex and has such a wide scope of issues that the Coronial Inquest is no longer the suitable arena to deal with it. To obtain Justice and make change for all our children a Public Inquiry should be sought.
1.A Public Inquiry deals with issues of "Public Concern" In #JusticeForNoahDonohoe case there have been many issues raised that are of "Public Concern" - The use of a PII - The lack of resources used in Investigation - Missing Person Fatigue To name just a few
