These heartbeat bills do NOT protect "the well-being of the most vulnerable": A FL mom was forced to carry a fetus w/o kidneys & underdeveloped lungs for 3 mos. The family had to endure their baby painfully gasping for air for 99 mins until he passed. This is not pro-life.
