Darvin Ham is another very intriguing name to keep an eye on. Currently the top assistant for the Milwaukee Bucks, former Texas Tech player, has 10+ years of NBA experience. Would likely be a home run recruiter & could bring a more exciting style of play to Lubbock.

Him having 10+ years of NBA coaching experience resonates well with recruits and can develop a style of play that matches what NBA scouts look for. He also more than likely has a ton of connections in the Texas basketball scene.
