@lkatheeq You're welcome. Besides improving the zone, this process also works faster than acquisition. It is called reconstitution in town planning parlance. It does not rely on arbitrage like acquisition does. And it also does not burden only those whose lands are needed. In this process,

@lkatheeq I suggest one more thing - rezone a band of land 500 m on either side of the road as part of the project. You can also re-shape the holdings to be more rectangular in the process. Ahmedabad ring road is a good case study.

@Bc_Bengaluru DK has not cleared 33,000 crores of pending payment to contractors as started by contractors association President. No wonder he deflects when we ask him to hold contractors accountable for poor roads and why just name sake patchwork on completely ruined roads are being done.
