3) this doesn’t mean be ignorant. However, because of our technological advancements, we have the ability to be connected to the whole world. this is not natural, we were never meant to carry the weight of everyone’s grief. Focus on what is tangible: family, community etc.

2) unfortunately, media, the news,, etc. exploit the principle of “rubbernecking” (why people slow down on highway when there’s an accident across the median in the opposite lane of traffic) and bombard u with drama to win ur attention. Dont let them!
