Progress Flag which features an arrow shape with colours that portray marginalized 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
Their placement on the left symbolizes how much progress still needs to be made while anticipating forward movement by pointing to the right. We acknowledge this as Pride season starts today, the flag signals our unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive working environment
From now until September, there'll be many Pride events so that we can shine the light on the resilience, talent, and contributions of 2SLGBTQI+ sailors, Defence Team members, and our communities as an ally - every day, not just this season.
