A guy on TikTok sent 300k to a perfume vendor and she sent him a fake perfume. He figured it out and told her and she told him to prove it. He sent a message to the perfume brand on IG and they confirmed that it’s fake. He sent her the screenshot and she blocked him.😭😭😭😭

@Robold_sells Quality or whether the perf is real/fake isn't the issue. It is the handling of these kind of matters and how the client can be pacified that matters. An apology and an offer to refund would've been a good start
