@vaewest There are some hotels in Kingston that don't take reservations and only accept cash. Some to try: Whispers, First Choice Inn, Keesing Comfort Inn, Leanu Getaway, Richmond Park Guesthouse.

Let me clear a few: the river’s MILES back, you can’t see it unless you walk far. This is country, a nuff places the river can reclaim. The GUARD “BAD” dog’s survived hurricanes/storms for 10 years; I’d never own pets, and if I did, they’d be inside, but I understand both sides.

The fact that it was this HOT in October was very telling. Hurricanes usually develop in the lesser Antilles and come een, but this a di first tropical storm me see develop as a hurricane ina Jamaican waters… an a leave as a category 5… Jamaica always build star😂😂😂😂
