📈 Sep 3 - IGN posted our trailer → first big spike 🎮 Oct 12 - Steam Next Fest + demo launch → huge jump 🇯🇵 Oct 20 - Our game went viral in Japan → country with most wishlists Still documenting i will share everything we learn hope this helps other dev 🤍
As an indie dev finding real data or marketing insights from successful games always felt impossible everyone guarded their info like some secret krabby patty formula 😂 we’re not claiming huge success yet but we do want to share everything we’ve learned so far so here it is :

When we were making the game, our dream was 2000 wishlists for first 2 month. back then, if someone told me 2k would remove us from their wishlist, I’d say we’re cooked now we lost 2k and still have 45k🥲🎉
