That could easily have been written in any holy book.

"If you see something, say something". This post is the public "saying something".
Please act swiftly to avoid an escalation of this disgusting and derogatory behaviour!
We got this event on camera, how many have gone unfilmed?😳🥺

ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is usually missed if there's NO accompanied learning difficulty. That said, there's under diagnosis in home country that accounts for "no family history".
Diagnosis can be reliable from 2yrs if picked early.

it might be great for people to pay for monthly HMO for their family members so incase of health emergencies, we don't start panicking.
This might meet the definition of "good black tax".
The UK health sector is a favorite workplace for many.Over the next 5-8yrs, many nurses and other AHP would experience career fatigue & will be considering a switch. I'll be posting some nuggets on how to switch to pharma. NHS can equip you with the xp needed, maximise your time!
@Mattuizzy01
If you're currently in the NHS, consider moving to the Research department and learn about Clinical trials/research. From there, you upgrade to non-nursing roles and eventually switch to CRO or Pharma with option of remote working & earning north of 30k.

"Micro-managing is a leadership style adopted by individuals for certain reasons.
As a new employee, perhaps my manager might adopt this approach in the first few weeks to support my induction. I'm however very confident that once I'm settled, my productivity will reassure them."
Those that are expert in interview questions biko come oo 😮💨😩😮💨
Towards the end of my interview, I was asked If I loved/was okay to be "micro-managed" ?
I think I answered question wrong. I was thrown off balance 🤦🏾♂️.
Please, what's the best way to answer this?
@taadelodun
What the UK might experience will be similar to what generally happened back in early 2010s in non-English-speaking European countries with very affordable or FREE tuition.
They educate a lot of people over the years but loose them to more favorable climate like Canada & US.

one tip is to use ChatGPT to FIRST run a simulation of interview questions in your current role then replicate same for the job you want to apply for. Add the following variables in ChatGPT
-job title
-company name
-location of job
-Person & Job spec (optnal) 👇👇

Full-time and 20hrs can't be used in the same sentence. You're probably confusing it with 'permanent' zero-hour contract. They're not the same, the latter is detrimental to the employee in most cases.
Full vs Part time
Fixed vs continuous
Temp vs Permanent
Zero vs standard

Thanks for the follow.
I'm on a crusade to get as many disgruntled BUT interested/motivated health care staff to consider a career in clincal research/trials. My last role was as a Lead Research for my NHS Trust but work wan pai my enemy. Switched to pharma & work as a remote CRA

Some, if not all, were black kids. This was back in 2018 when almost every (other) week you'd see a sea of flowers at a bus stop or street corner which was the scene of a gruesome crime.
You can't drop guard in some parts of London.

In the next 5-10 years, many who currently (or aspiring to) work in the 🇬🇧 health care sector such as HCA or RNs would likely experience a career fatigue.
However, there are several career niches where your (relevant) experience can prepare you for a career switch. Be prepared🕵️

Interesting job role: B5 non-clinical, R&D post with heavy admin.
UHS in my opinion is one of very few Trusts in UK research with vast research infrastructure.
Good opportunity to start a career in clinical research, then switch to pharma 1-2yrs from now 👍
@SamuelDesh
There's an entire ecosystem of vendors that work closely with big pharma handling and processing data.
The trend in the UK was initially construction/handy man, care work/nursing and now data analysis is trending. With time, the space will get saturated.
Good luck chief!

Regarding the address on company house

, we can look into paying for a business/registered address in central London as opposed to personal addresses on .
The service also offers office spaces for a couple of times/week etc based on package.
@TheRealDanSfera
Fantastic question Dan, especially around AI products that can assist with narrowing the ratio of pre-screened to randomised pts.
As AI & ML depends on robust data, obvious issues include:
-Access to full collateral history of pt
-harmonised data
-limited access to 3rd party apps
Some high-paying job roles that are low-key.
