Great case this week w/ @ReidGooch; Comaneci assisted coiling of left SHA aneurysm using #Transradial #Armadillo. Useful to avoid coil herniation w/o balloon. FD was also an option, but wanted to avoid dAPT in this patient. Another tool for endovascular surgeons.
