In Acts, we see a unified church:. -Comprehensive unity (one heart and one soul) . -Holistic unity (not simply external, but internal) . -Practical unity (everyone's practical needs were met).

The unity we seek for our church is a supernatural one that comes only by the Holy Spirit. We must be filled with the Holy Spirit so we're empowered to act like the Holy Spirit.

The cornerstone is the first and most important stone in a building project; it creates strength and the alignment. If the cornerstone is off, the whole project is off. Jesus works similarly in our life. He has to be the cornerstone or everything else is off.
