Boothill is a physical Hunt unit
His gameplay is extremely unique as he duels out enemy 1 by 1 and I expect him to break weakness extremely fast.
Atk scaled, but benefit from having higher break effect, also higher break effect = higher crit dmg.
Basic attack
Standard
Enhanced BA
Perform single target attack, every stack of 'Reforge' sill increase toughness damage by 100%.
If boothill has ???(Unknown), for every stack of it will deal 1 instance of break damage equal to percentage of Boothill's break damage, max 3times
Skill
Select 1 taget to duel, convert basic attack to enhanced version, then take special action.
Each of them can only target each other, each of them gets damage increase from each other.
Duel duration decrease at the start of Boothill's turn.
Ultimate
Put Physical weakness to 1 enemy for some turns, deal physical damage towards them, and delays the enemy's action by a percentage of Boothill's break effect + fixed amount.
Talent
When duel target defeated by anyone, Boothill gains 1 stack of 'Reforge' that will increase his Break effect, and it stacks for unknown amount, lasting permanently.
Technique
Enter battle deals physical dmg to target lowest HP, damage considered as Basic Attack damage, if it kills the enemy, gain 1 stack of reforge.
After finishing the battle, gains unknown effect(?)
Trace
1. Increase Crit DMG based of his Break Effect.
2. Boothill takes reduced damage from target outside duel
3. If elite or higher rated enemy got weakness broken during duel, it will lost its duel mark and gain certain amount of 'Reforge' stack
After I reread his kit, Boothill has somewhat part of RuanMei's kit build in on his kit.
He will break weakness EXTREMELY fast because of how his toughness damage on Enhanced Basic Attack works.
Depends on if his Enhanced BA gives SP or not, he could be SP neutral.
If you kill duel enemy fast, you spent more SP(because to trigger duel you need to use skill)
But if your duel is longer fight, he will be more SP friendly (because Duel last more than 1 turn and you don't need to use skill every turn)
Boothill - silverwolf - sparkle - fx
So that silverwolf has higher chance to apply physical weakness to anyone (if it's ever necessary to do so)
Boothill - RuanMei - Sparkle - fx sounds more generalistic

What about this team:
- Boothill
- Ruan Mei (for break efficiency, break ef buff, and delay)
- Gallagher (for break dmg buff & heal)
- Img MC (for the continuous toughness bar)
*Or replace MC for SW
When he breaks, he will break hard..
