On 1/12/2025, Rakem Elliot exited a vehicle and began walking along I-40 from Hammond Rd. toward Rock Quarry Rd. He was last seen walking eastbound in the westbound lanes. Anyone with information should contact the Raleigh Police Department or Raleigh CrimeStoppers.

1/8/2026 Update: 19-year-old Norvell Young and 21-year-old Jose Collado are both now in custody. The Raleigh Police Department expresses gratitude to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office for their help in apprehending Mr. Collado. Read the full release:
