Week three with no answer possible from @facebook or @instagram about getting my account unlocked after being hacked. It's eye opening how little they care, and how much .I'm finding I'm not really missing Facebook. Might just give up and enjoy social media free life.

Day 2 of trying to find a way to contact @facebook about my hacked account with no way to get ahold of them. I feel adrift, lost in an uncaring system. No reply from them on Twitter either. Retweet if you have sympathy. My wife can't access her business page and is hounding me.

@facebook makes most blue-sky operations easy if you're moderately tech savvy, but the second there's an issue, you realize how much they just don't care. It's a sobering feeling to know how much you depended on them, and how bad it can go when they stand there silently.

As a @facebook user with a business page who's been hacked. I find it incredibly frustrating how they have ZERO ways to contact them or receive support. I have two years of data/communications I might permanently lose if I can't get this resolved. Time to adjust the biz plan.
