PSMA PET after radiotherapy: Timing matters! ⏳ In 217 lesions, uptake declined over time, lowest at 9–12 months. Prostate lesions showed prolonged uptake vs. lymph nodes/bone. Beware of pseudo-progression on early scans! 📉 Full study:
