We have a new preprint, led by PhD student Patric & (former) postdoc @PariN39103649, reporting a chordate-specific mechanism linking codon usage to mRNA translation/stability, mediated by 2 prologue RBPs ZC3H7A/B. Huge thanks to amazing collaborators!

Congrats to our PhD student @Reesej786 on his exciting new work in @PNASnews. Reese and team show that 4EHP manipulates the antiviral response against DNA viruses by affecting translation of the DNA sensor protein cGAS.
