A first! Marie Bracquemond's "Iris in a Pitcher," oil on panel, 1886, is now part of the RISD Museum's collection. Bracquemond was one of the only women to participate in the groundbreaking exhibitions of the French Impressionists in the 1880s.#recentacquisition
